1 Definitions and General Terms

By completing the registration process or clicking the "Register" button, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these terms and conditions.

In this document, certain terms carry specific meanings as follows: "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in your gntotologin account; "Turnover" refers to the total value of bets placed; "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted by the platform to members under specific conditions; "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from your account balance to your bank account or digital wallet.

2 Account Registration and Management

To fully access gntotologin services, you must register through the official registration form available on the Register. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Registration requirements that must be met:

3 General Game Rules

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your gntotologin account balance can be made after identity verification (KYC) is complete. The following withdrawal terms apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the gntotologin account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for instant methods, and up to 1×24 hours for regular bank transfers.
• Balances originating from bonuses are subject to turnover requirements that must be met before withdrawal (see Article 6).
• Gntotologin reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals for security purposes.
• Withdrawals rejected due to mismatched data will be returned to the account balance within 1×24 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Gntotologin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, daily deposit bonuses, cashback, and special events. Each bonus is subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has turnover (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus claims are valid for one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Gntotologin reserves the right to cancel related bonuses and wins if any abuse of promotions is detected.
• The value, requirements, and validity period of each bonus may change at any time. Updates will be announced via the platform.
• Bonuses cannot be cashed out before the turnover requirements are met.

7 Prohibited Actions and Sanctions

To maintain fairness and security for all members, gntotologin strictly prohibits the following actions. Violations will be addressed firmly according to their severity.

• Registering more than one account under your own name or someone else's.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Spreading false information about the platform to other players.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for personal gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward customer service staff.

Applicable sanctions include: written warning, temporary account suspension, cancellation of related bonuses and wins, up to permanent account freezing with reporting to the relevant authorities if criminal activity is indicated.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your gntotologin account. Key actions you must take:

• Use a strong, unique password that is different from passwords you use on other platforms.
• Never share your password, OTP code, or login credentials with anyone — including anyone claiming to be gntotologin staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an extra layer of security.

9 Platform Responsibilities and Liability Limitations

Gntotologin is committed to providing reliable, high-quality service. However, there are certain platform liability limitations that members should be aware of:

• The platform is not liable for losses caused by internet disruptions, power outages, or other factors outside the platform's control on the member's end.
• The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a member's failure to maintain login security.
• The platform reserves the right to perform system maintenance that may cause temporary service unavailability. Notice will be given as early as possible.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the gntotologin server logs shall serve as the authoritative and binding reference.

10 Account Deactivation and Closure

Members may deactivate their account at any time through account settings or by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification, minus any outstanding obligations.

Gntotologin reserves the right to close a member's account if: a proven violation of the terms and conditions occurs; the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (members will be notified in advance); or a request is received from a competent legal authority.

11 Terms and Conditions Updates

By continuing to use gntotologin services after changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
